Greetings from Aurora First, Inc. (“Aurora”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).


General notes on this Subscription and Refund Policy

This Subscription and Refund Policy forms an integral part of our User Agreement (https://aurorafirst.ai/eula/).


It is incorporated by reference into our User Agreement.


By accessing or using our Services, you accept the terms and conditions of our User Agreement, including this Subscription and Refund Policy, thereby entering into a binding contract with us.


Access to our Services begins at the moment you complete the payment form for obtaining paid content of our Services, including content accessible under subscription.


You acknowledge and agree that your actions related to our Services, including those described in this Policy, comply with all applicable laws and regulations.


We reserve the right to change this Subscription and Refund Policy at any time. Once we change this Subscription and Refund Policy, the updated version will become legally binding on you immediately after it is posted online, unless otherwise stated in this Subscription and Refund Policy or our User Agreement.


You have the right to terminate our User Agreement, including this Subscription and Refund Policy, at any time by deleting your Account through the functions provided in our Services or by contacting our Aurora Support Team at support@aurorafirst.ai.


A. Subscription Policy:

1. Overview

By accessing our Services, you agree that your purchases are not dependent on future functionality or features, or on any public statements made by us about such functionality, features or subscription details.


We may offer you the opportunity to purchase subscriptions that provide access to paid content in our Services for a specified period of time.


We may offer various subscription plans, including but not limited to monthly and annual subscriptions.

  

Except where otherwise inapplicable or prohibited by applicable law, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or terminate any Trial and/or Promotional offer, your access to our Services via subscription in the form of a Trial and/or Promotional offer, or any of the terms of this Subscription and Refund Policy without notice and without any liability.


We also reserve the right to limit your ability to take advantage of multiple Trials and/or Promotional offers.


2. Subscription Details

Subscription details, including their content, plans, specific pricing, and cancellation instructions, will be made available before purchase.


Subscription details may change from time to time, as we introduce new features, develop our existing offering and sometimes retire features that aren’t working out as planned.

 

Subscription details may vary by country, language, relevant store, version, or device.


3. Billing 

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis as disclosed before purchase, with the fee charged at the start of each billing cycle.


Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal will be for the same duration and at the current subscription rate unless otherwise notified. This applies to subscriptions purchased directly from us or through a third-party.


Price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. By continuing to use the subscription after the price change takes effect, you will have accepted the new price. If you don’t agree to a price change, you can reject the change by unsubscribing from the applicable subscription prior to the price change going into effect.

 

If we discover an error in the price of items you have purchased, we will contact you. You will have the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, your purchase will be automatically canceled.


Tax rates or other fees are based on the rates applicable at the time of your monthly charge. These amounts can change over time with local tax requirements in your country, state, territory, county, or city. Any change in tax rate will be automatically applied based on the account information you provide.

 

4. Third-Parties 

Our Services may be available through services provided by Third-Party Access Providers, such as the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. When you make a purchase, you may also enter into a separate contract with the respective Third-Party Access Provider, and its terms and conditions may apply. Depending on the terms and conditions of Third-Party Access Provider, you may need to exercise your rights of cancellation and revocation of the subscription directly with this Third-Party Access Provider.


We may utilize third-party payment processors, such as Stripe, to facilitate payments and Refunds on our behalf.

 

5. Trial and Promotional Offer 

Some of our subscriptions include a trial period during which you can experience the content available under the subscription period at no cost or at a reduced price for a limited time (“Trial”).


Trial will automatically convert into ongoing paid subscriptions at the end of the Trial period.


To avoid being charged, you must cancel your subscription prior to the expiration of the Trial period. Please review all applicable terms carefully before you sign up for Trial.


From time to time you may have the opportunity to purchase a subscription in the form of the promotional offer (“Promotional offer”).


Promotional offers may be for new users only and/or not be valid for all users and are only available for a limited time. Other restrictions may apply. After the promotional period, subscription automatically continues at the then-current regular price (subject to change), unless canceled, plus applicable taxes.


6. Cancelation

To avoid being billed for the next subscription period, you must cancel your subscription, including Trial or Promotional offer, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.


To cancel your subscription, including Trial or Promotional offer, please use our Services or third-party services where you originally purchased the subscription.


Make sure to follow the specific cancellation procedures provided by us or a third party.

 

Deleting your Account or simply stopping your access to and use of our Services does not cancel your subscription.


B. Refund Policy:

1. Overview

This Refund Policy applies if your access to paid content of our Services, including content accessible under subscription, was purchased directly through our website: https://quiz.aurorafirst.ai (the “Website”).


Purchases made through an app store or any other Third-Party Access Provider are subject to that Third-Party Access Provider’s applicable agreements, terms of use/service, and refund policies. You must contact the support of such Third-Party Access Provider for any refund requests regarding purchases made through them.


2. Purchases and Payments

You can purchase access to our paid content through our Website using available payment methods, which may vary by region. The cost will be displayed on the checkout screen, and full access to the paid content will be granted immediately after successful transaction validation.


Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment details.


3. Refund Conditions

You acknowledge and agree that any purchase made to obtain the paid content, including content accessible under subscription, is final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.


You may initiate a full or partial return of payment (“Refund”) if all the following conditions are met:

  1. The purchase was made in accordance with the terms and conditions of our User Agreement;

  2. The purchase was made directly through our Website;

  3. The Refund request is submitted within [insert time frame] from the date of purchase;

  4. The paid content has not been fully provided, consumed or utilized;

  5. If significant technical difficulties (e.g., crashes, failure to launch) make it impossible to use the paid content. Minor issues due to updates are not eligible for Refunds. You may be required to provide device details and evidence of the issue;

  6. The Refund request, including the order number and a reason for the Refund, is submitted to our Aurora Support Team at support@aurorafirst.ai.


All Refund requests must be processed directly through us. Our third-party payment processors are not authorized to process Refunds independently.


4. Refund Process

Access to the paid content will be suspended immediately upon acknowledgment and processing of your Refund request. Refunds are based on the actual purchase price and may take time depending on your region and bank. Refunds are not given for device issues or connectivity problems. We reserve the right to charge a fee for administrative costs incurred due to your Refund request.


Refunds will typically be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase of purchased product, unless the original payment method does not allow for direct refunds, in which case we may request your bank account information to process Refund.


5. Refund Requests

To request a Refund, contact our Aurora Support Team at support@aurorafirst.ai.


Refund requests are typically processed within 24 hours, but this may vary. If you do not receive a response within 72 hours, check your spam folder or resend the request.


6. Specific Regional Policies

  • California and Connecticut Residents:

You may cancel a purchase before midnight of the third business day after the purchase date for a full Refund.


  • EEA or Switzerland residents

If you are a consumer based in the EEA or Switzerland, you have an automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium.


You have a legal right to withdraw from such contracts, but by accessing the paid content of our Services, including content accessible under subscription, you consent to immediate performance and lose your right of withdrawal.


Except as expressly set forth in applicable legislation, your purchases are final and non-refundable, including if you are dissatisfied with the paid content.


In any case, the withdrawal period should expire after 14 days from the conclusion of the contract with us.
